LAUREN JORDAN

Senior Lauren Baxley Jordan has had an excellent four years in college.  Not only does she excel academically, she also plays a major role within the community.  Lauren has logged many hours volunteering with the Charleston SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) as well as Habitat for Humanity.  Lauren is also a proud member of the Democratic Party.  She has helped with many local and state political events including the 2004 presidential election.

When Lauren leaves the College of Charleston this spring, she will carry on what she has learned in the classroom as well as what was cultured through her philanthropic activities.

Her "dogged" determination to help pets and other animals shows how The Volunteer Spirit can improve man--and dog and cat--kind.
